Our Guarantee Policy:

Nautical Charts, Inc. is absolutely dedicated to your complete satisfaction! If the Nautical Chart(s) you have chosen are not perfect for your use, we will work with you to exchange for the right areas and coverage.

If we cannot make the appropriate exchange, or if you are unhappy or dissatisfied for any reason, we will promptly refund your total purchase cost. Please refer to our return policy below.

Returns:

Nautical Charts will give you a full refund or exchange, minus shipping and handling, on any product within 30 days of the purchase date if the product has not been used or damaged.

Please note there will be a 20% re-stocking fee for any returns that are not a result of a Manufacturer Defect and returned to Nautical Charts in original condition and packaging.

If it’s been over 30 days since your purchase and you’d like to return the product, we will provide you with an equivalent exchange or store credit, but only if the following unused conditions above apply.

All returns/exchanges/store credits must be settled within 90 days of purchase, please.
